Favorite things to cook/bake: Chicken dishes. Cookies. Favorite regional dishes: Shrimp and Grits. (I assume you mean my region? There is very little that I won't eat!) Special diet recipe favorites (ie vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, low fat): Baked dishes withOUT nuts. I'm allergic. I'll add this to almost any dish: I think cilantro is the perfect food. Also, I love garlic. Beginner, advanced, or somewhere in between: So very beginner, it's scary. I actually just wrote and posted this post for the 3W4D theme: cooking if you want to see just how beginner I am. Something I learned the hard way: Dry pasta is extremely flammable. Extremely. Greatest cooking/baking triumph: Chicken marsala. Texas Sheet Cake! Something I haven't done yet but I'd like to try: Have a dinner party.
